- Use the information internally for purposes reasonably consistent with your relationship with us.
- Meet legal requirements.
- Make other internal, lawful uses that are compatible with the original context in which the information was provided.
We will delete or anonymize personal data that does not fall under these exceptions and will instruct our service providers to do the same.
The Right to Rectify Inaccurate Data
You have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate personal information we hold about you (referred to as the “right to correct”). Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will provide you with the specific details of the personal data we have collected. You may then direct us to correct any information that you believe is inaccurate.
We may deny your correction request if we determine that the updated information is inaccurate or if it is being used for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
The Right to Restrict Processing of Sensitive Personal Data
You have the right to limit how we process your sensitive personal data (referred to as the “right to restrict”). After receiving and verifying your request, we will stop processing your sensitive personal data for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Please be aware that we may still process your sensitive personal data for other purposes, as outlined in this privacy policy.
The Right to Opt Out of Data Processing and Sales
You are entitled to request that we cease processing your personal data for targeted advertising or refrain from selling your personal data at any time (referred to as the “right to opt-out”). After receiving your request, we will no longer use or process your personal data for targeted advertising based on your behavior and interests. Additionally, we will stop selling (as defined by applicable state law) your personal data to third parties for targeted advertising purposes.
