Account Information
To update your account information, log in to your account and head over to the ‘My Account’ section. From there, you can easily add or update your shipping and billing addresses. You can also track your orders, view your order history, and check out the items you’ve purchased.
At Eronest, we love hearing your feedback! As a thank you, we offer up to $16 in store credit for approved reviews (text, photo, or video). To earn credit, make sure you have a registered account. You can earn credit for the first three unique reviews of each type (text, photo, video) per product, up to a total of 500 reviews. After that, you can still submit reviews, but store credit won’t be awarded. To learn more or to submit a review, just log in to your account and go to the Review tab.
Checkout
Start by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. On the cart page, you’ll see a Shipping Calculator below the subtotal. Choose whether the delivery is to a ‘business’ or ‘residential’ address, enter your zip or postal code, and click ‘Calculate’ to see the shipping cost. After that, click ‘Proceed to Secure Checkout’ and follow the steps. If you need more help, you can watch our tutorial video on how to place an order.
If you’re having trouble, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache to get rid of any saved data. If that doesn’t work, try switching to an updated browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.
This usually happens if JavaScript is turned off in your browser. Try enabling JavaScript to fix the issue. If you can’t do that (maybe due to work restrictions), you can skip using a saved credit card and enter your payment info manually.
This message pops up when you have your shopping cart open in more than one tab or browser window. The site gets confused about which cart to use for checkout. Close any extra tabs or windows before trying again.
If you get this message, it means our system can’t confirm your address right away. You can either pick one of the suggested addresses or continue with the one you entered.

Orders
Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that we can make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order or add items, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your invoice. If you need another copy, you can log into your account and go to ‘My Orders.’ From there, you can select ‘Download Invoice’ or ‘Email Invoice’ for each order.

Eronest does not offer product samples. However, we recommend purchasing smaller pack sizes, when available, before placing a larger order. Occasionally, our manufacturers may send samples to commercial customers. Feel free to contact our Customer Solutions team to see if a sample request can be made for the items you’re interested in.

Sales Tax & Exemptions
Eronest charges tax on shipping and handling to ALL states except Michigan. This includes liftgate charges.
Tax refunds will be issued to orders placed within 30 days of the Eronest Tax Team receiving a valid tax exemption certificate. For tax refunds on orders placed outside the 30-day timeframe, you will want to contact your state’s Department of Revenue and request a tax refund with them.
No. If the tax exemption form that you submit is incomplete, we cannot accept it and will ask that you fill out the form in its entirety. If applicable, please ensure your tax documentation is dated within the calendar year.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders except for those shipping to the following states: DE, MT, NH, and OR. Sales tax is determined based on the ship-to-state. Please upload the required tax document for each state you are shipping to.
Shipping
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure that the address is entered correctly during checkout.

We are unable to maintain a paper catalog up to date due to the hundreds of items we carry online and the frequent additions and updates to our inventory. All of our items are featured with real-time information on our website, which is updated regularly by our content team. You may add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button once you’ve found it on our website. Note that the “Add to Cart” button may have a drop-down menu above it. Prior to adding the item to your cart, you will need to select if available. If you click the “Cart” button in the upper right corner of the screen while shopping, you can view your cart at any moment.
To enter your cart page, click on the “Cart” button located at the top, right-hand corner of our website. You will also have the opportunity to access your cart each time an item is added to it via the item’s page
Use the arrows to the right of the product title to change the amount of an item that is currently in your cart by adding or removing units from the line. You can click Update Cart and modify the quantity to 0 to remove an item from your cart. To remove every item, you may also click Empty Cart, which is adjacent to Update Cart.
Return
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions.
