Can I Change My Order or Add Items?
Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that we can make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order or add items, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that it can be canceled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If you’re a registered user, you can also check the ‘My Account’ page to see if cancellation is still possible for your pending orders.
Can I Get Text Message Updates for My Order?
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation detailing your items, total cost, and estimated delivery date.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
• Customer Support: Have questions? Our support team is available via email to assist you with any inquiries about your order
How Can I Obtain a Receipt or Invoice Copy for My Order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your invoice. If you need another copy, you can log into your account and go to ‘My Orders.’ From there, you can select ‘Download Invoice’ or ‘Email Invoice’ for each order.
If you don’t have an account, just contact a Customer Solutions Specialist, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy.
