We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened food items, herbal products, and supplements are non-returnable, so we recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. While shipping costs are typically non-refundable, if your return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item—we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your returned item, we generally process refunds within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Items purchased on sale can also be returned, provided they are unopened and returned within 30 days.
