Availability of Products
We strive to ensure that our product listings are accurate and up-to-date. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For items shipped directly from manufacturers, estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page. If we cannot fulfill your order due to insufficient stock, we will notify you via email within 24 business hours. If you have a specific deadline for your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Order Cancellation and Modification
We reserve the right to cancel any order, refund, or credit at our discretion without prior notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests, once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. Incorrect Products
If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please leave the item(s) unused in their original packaging and contact our Customer Solutions team within 7 days. We may require a photo of the incorrect item for our records. We will cover return shipping costs and work with you to ensure the correct item is shipped to you.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. Claims eligible for small claims court may proceed in that venue. You waive the right to a jury trial for disputes settled in arbitration.
