Shipping
Shipping depends on what you order, how much of it, and where it is going. We confirm the shipping cost and an estimated delivery time with your order before anything is charged. Products marked Ready to ship are listed for quick dispatch.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can. Include your order details and a few photos, and we will let you know the next steps.
